Where Do You Meditate?

"The best place for meditation is inside the tiger's mouth." -In the Tiger's Mouth: An Empowerment Guide by Katrina Shields

Although meditation can be difficult, and the path to enlightenment is long and winding, isn't it easier to meditate when you are on a soft cushion in an air conditioned room?  We need to remember that, according to Buddhist beliefs, meditation is important for personal growth, and we should never let anything distract us from our goals and the important aspects of this life.  Buddhist beliefs teach us that meditation will not always be easy, but persevering through difficult times will help us remove obstacles to enlightenment.  What do you think?

Will check the book out- the title looks interesting.
Yes meditation, from personal experience, is invaluable for personal growth and well-being. Great thing about meditation is that there are many techniques to suit individual needs- but important to practise what you choose regularly.
Thanks.
